Prabhakaran provides Clickwork, an iPhone app that works as a remote control for Android TV and Google TV devices on your home network.
This policy explains what the app does with information on your iPhone and what it sends to your TV.
Clickwork does not require an account and does not send your information to a server run by us. It has no third-party advertising or analytics, and we do not sell data. The app talks only to the TVs you pair with it.
Clickwork asks for Local Network access so it can find Android TV devices on your Wi-Fi and connect to them. Key presses, text you type for the TV, and shortcuts you run are sent directly from your iPhone to your TV over an encrypted connection.
If you choose to scan the pairing code, Clickwork uses the camera to read the code shown on your TV. The image is processed on your iPhone and is not saved or sent anywhere. You can type the code instead.
On iOS 26 and later, you can speak commands. Clickwork uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to turn your voice into text on your iPhone. The audio is not saved and is not sent to us or to your TV. The resulting command, such as a key press or a search, is sent to your TV. iOS may download Apple's speech model the first time you use voice.
Your shortcuts, chosen finish, sound and haptic settings are stored on your iPhone. They are shared with Clickwork's widgets and Control Center buttons through an App Group on the same device.
If you use Siri, widgets or Control Center buttons, they connect to your paired TV from your iPhone in the same way the app does. Siri requests are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Apple handles the free trial, the one-time unlock and restores through StoreKit. The app checks your purchase status to unlock the remote. We do not receive your payment card details.
Apple may provide crash and diagnostic reports to developers according to your device's analytics-sharing settings. We use reports available to us to investigate app problems.
Clickwork does not include third-party advertising or analytics services. Speech recognition, purchases, Siri and diagnostic reports use Apple services where applicable.
Clickwork is a general utility app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
