Privacy Policy

Your pond belongs on your phone, not on a server.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

The short version: Feed the Fish does not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal information. It does not use advertising or third-party analytics.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or information about your use of the app.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your pond locally so it is there when you return. This includes your fish, their feeding history, food supply, and your app settings. That information is not sent to us and is not stored on our servers.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Feed the Fish schedules them locally on your device. Notification permission and notification content are handled by iOS; we do not receive either.

Advertising and third parties

Feed the Fish does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, or tracking technologies. We do not sell or share personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Your pond remains on your device until you remove the app or reset the pond in the app. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to your device and backup settings.

Children’s privacy

Because Feed the Fish does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s data practices change, this page will be updated and the date above will change too.
